now i see this movie in 3D on 10/19/2007 and 10/23/2009 and i wish it came out this year because tim burton dis a fine job the 3D was really good the music and the movie

I always felt the Nightmare Before Christmas was the step child to the Rankin Bass Christmas specials I grew up with as a kid. In 3D, however, Director Henry Selick's direction and visual eye make it a perfect vehicle fo 3D. LIke those GAF Viewmaster kits come alive, The Nightmare Before Christmas works if only for its move to this old technology whose comeback is a welcome respite. So go ahead, buy the popcorn, sit back and watch this musical fest.

This movie was even better in 3-D, but I am still not a huge fan. I wasn't a fan as a kid, and as an adult it still isn't hitting the spot. I always thought this was a little overrated. But I still tell people to watch it for its creativity. Its a neat idea, but a boring story.

Love the movie, but they didn't do much with the 3D effects. If they could've added more things popping out it would have been worth it, otherwise I would rather rent it and watch it at home.

Great Movie but the 3D adds little to it. Probably one of the last, best stop action films. They're too expensive to make anymore. If you haven't seen it, go." . . . when i walk down the street, people point and say "ain't that curious

I've been in love with this movie for the longest time! I'm a huge Tim Burton Fan as well. I was very irritated last year because none of the theaters here had it last year, even though they had the posters for it.
I am definitely happy I got to see it last night! We asked the guy taking the glasses back if they were getting it next year, he said he didn't know. That's okay though :( I'm still going to watch it every year!!!
