Although darker than the other movies and certainly different from the book in many ways, it is a powerful and heart wrenching rendition. Alan Rickman's portrayal of Snape just blows me away. He is exquisite!

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince was a wonderful movie. I loved everything about it. I went with my 14 year old granddaughter who had already seen it and said she would like to see it again.

Once again I was not disappointed with the Harry Potter movies. Having read all of the books, I was very pleased at how close the movie script was to the book. So much so, that the movie brought back many flashes from the books and my imagination.

I think this was a great job of HB Prince given time and dollar constraints. If you did not read the book then there were some leaps of faith. If you read the book you wanted more detail! I think they came to a great balance and character development was strong. Fun watching the characters grow up on the screen.

this movie was probably one of the worst harry potter movies in the franchise... it just didnt keep me interested like the others and half the time I didnt know what was going on... but yet on the commercials they had good reviews and i was dissapointed just wait till its available on dvd

I thought they did well bringing out the importance of Harry's relationship with Dumbledore. Glad Malfoy became a more serious character. Nice to see the romances come in this story to lighten the mood. The movie moved along well and was very intriguing to see how Harry got the one professor to give up the important memory. The 3D was not quite as effective.
