Twisted but awesome. Ledger made a vast departure from his cutsie teeney bopper roles. He's excellent. Bale was excellent in this showing as well. Eckhart, I have new respect for. Great job.

EXCELLENT!!!!! Lived up to all the hype and my expectations. The Joker was played to perfection by Heath Ledger. Held my attention from beginning to end with nonstop action. I would recommend this movie to everyone.

I really wanted to love, love, LOVE this movie. Heath Ledger deserves all the raves he has gotten; he was fabulous. I only saw him peer out from behind his character a time or two, and it was only briefly. Actually, those glimpses of Heath Ledger made watching him in his last appearance even more poignant.
The weakest link was the Harry Dent storyline. Aside from the physical change, I didn't feel Aaron Eckhart's character's shift to "Two Face" was believable. Batman's voice became tiresome after a while and I found myself wondering why he was holding his mouth in such a weird way toward the end of the movie. A little too long; I found myself wishing we didn't have to go back to Two Face to tie up that thread at the end.

This movie really grabs your attention from the beginning and holds it until the end.This movie is packed with action and adventure. When you're thinking the story line is going a certain way, and it turns out to be the unexpected . Well that to me has the makings of a good movie.The fact that the movie is 2 1/2 hrs.long and not once do you feel like your sitting that for that long. Well all I can say is that this movies is GREAT.I think for once a movie was actually worth the cost.

I loved it. I was totally into the beginging, WOW. The whole movie you're playing catch up with the characters and plot. You think you got it, then BAM, you're back at square one. Must be seen AT LEAST twice!!!

This movie was great for the story, the plays, and direction. Between Batman Begins, and The Dark Knight , I cannot say which one I like the most, but this movie really plays with your mind. I liked the Joker's role, probably a strong nomination for Oscar.

For once, a movie that lived up to the hype and reviews. It was even better than the first. Heath Ledger's Joker nearly steals the show. While its sad that he died, at least his last completed role is fantastic. I usually don't see a movie in theaters more than once, but I'll definitely see this two or three times. Totally worth my 10 bucks.

Story very well written to give you detailed view on how each characters struggles in their mind. Heath Ledger is perfect for the Joker role. Although the rhythm of the movie can be speed up a little bit more by better editing, I think overall it's a very nice Batman movie.

The Dark Knight is one of the best movies I have seen in a while. Heath Ledger’s performance as The Joker is phenomenal. He is very dark and funny all at the same time, inspiring fear. The influence of this extremely dark Joker seeps into the entire, making it an even darker Batman movie than even Tim Burton’s adaptation of this timeless hero. It is an absolutely wonderful movie, and the action and effects only add to its greatness.

Heath Ledger's preformance was amazing, more real and much darker the Jack's. But... don't take kids (<12-13). Very dark, very scary scenes, with true terror. Overall though, 5/5, amazing movie.

The pencil trick in the beginning says it all... the pace was forshadowed at that moment. I had never seen that one, ouch. I loved the whole movie, although I wish i had not been in the front row, the action was amazing. Ledger was in the zone on portraying a psychotic killer. Bale was great.

From the scene with the pencil disappearing, to the Hong-Kong window scene, this movie is amazing! It's a shame Heath Legder wont' be around to see how magnanimously this movie is being received!
