I enjoyed it. A timeless classic in the making! This film spends a little too much time in battle, too much emphasis on war, although it is about good and evil. It seemed a little like propaganda for war that influences our children's future. I enjoyed seeing the children grow up and assume responsibility, though, and realize their effect on others, especially Lucy's faith in Aslan, a representation of God, or the Heart.

I went with my 10 year old grandson, his parents and a little friend. They all loved it!! I thought it was a little violent, but I guess that's the way the book was. I would like to see "Voyage of the Dawntreader" made into a movie.

Enjoyed this movie very much and would highly recommend it. It wasn't as good as the first one, but still very enjoyable. Only one thing negative...at times it was difficult to catch the words because of the English accent, so some of the dialogue was lost on me...but other than that...very good.

The movie was good, however it was very violent. Lots of cutting and slashing. Almost as much as the movie "300", only not as gorrie. The movie also fell somewhat from the plot in the book. The movie was exciting and the special effects were well done. I would not recommend it for a younger aged audience.

I went to see this with my 20 yr-old daughter and her boyfriend, my 11 yr-old daughter and my 9 yr-old son. Everyone really enjoyed the show! It was good, clean family entertainment. There was almost non-stop activity and you could tell they had to work hard to condense a big story into 2.5 hours. I had read the book and was a little confused at first since the movie doesn't follow the storyline exactly. Still, the story was easy to follow, the characters were very enjoyable -- especially the mouse! A hit for the whole family.

This movie was very entertaining. I wanted to see it again the same weekend. C.S. Lewis couldn't have known the symbolic depth with which this would speak to the hungering world about the things we lack and how to be restored through the simplest of ways in coming back home to the place of love and forgiveness. A place where all our mistakes are forgotten and our hope is restored. Even if you're not a christian there are things to glean in this movie.

Usually, the second series of a film doesn't quite hold up to the very first one. Not the case here. I liked this one just as much as the first. Plenty of action and special effects. Was alittle dissappointed in the ending, but then again I always like a love story. I do understand why it ended like it did, this way we can expect another great episode. This second in a series is done more in the style of Lord of the rings than the first one. saying that I felt it was too violent for the many young members of the audience. I loved the movie as did my14-16 year olds who have read the books-however the 5-10 year olds in the audience seemed uncomfortable and I felt the parents had planned poorly.

This movie was great! Not only were the special effects awesome, so was the acting. I was pleased with how the story started in Narnia and then moved back to our world - then back to Narnia, keeping my interest from the very beginning. In most stories when I see talking animals I immediately discount the story as one for a child, but the Chronicles of Narnia took me beyond that thought by making the story so captivating.
I am not too sure about all of the symbolism in the series by C.S. Lewis but one thing really stuck out to me: The way Lucy sought for Aslan with all of her heart...and found him. When Lucy told Aslan that the others didn't believe her when she saw him, he asked her why that would stop HER. True symbolism embedded into the story by C.S. Lewis will have those who share his faith unknowingly learning lessons throughout the movie.
Overall - Great Movie. The movie is 2 hours and 20 minutes of captivating effects, amazing acting and skillful directing and production. Just make sure you hit the bathroom on the way in.

This movie had great non-stop action and constantly kept me on my toes! The special effects were decent, but nothing to scream about. I found myself tearing up from time to time, in a good way. I don't think this is a movie where it is necessary to see the prequel before seeing this one. It was easy to follow and the whole family loved it! The kids want to see it for a second time and I would not mind as well. I'll be buying this when it comes out on DVD.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and would reccommend it to anyone who enjoys a little fantasy , action, and of course Ben Barnes who is quite nice. But seriously, I thought it continued on with Narnia and shows how sometimes we are not yet ready to grow up. Others are ready to move on just as in real life. Even my seven and nine year old grandsons were mesmerized for the entire movie.

They could take out 40 minutes of the movie and it would be the same, with out loosing the idea, its repetitive in the combat, not strong, does not get you involved in the story.
