This was an excellent movie. I'm glad to have seen it at the theaters as it is a good movie to experience with the shudders and power that the theater provides. The music was well done and the acting was done well enough that you didn't notice they weren't any other but their characters. If you are a fantasy fan this is a must see and for mainstream it is a great diversion from the mundane. It is a little harder than you would expect for 5 and 6 year olds and it depends on how your kids are for such fighting but other than that I think a great movie.

I went with my 6-year-old daughter and her 5-year-old friend (and my sister) - and we all really liked it. It was NOT too scary for the girls. They did hold onto our arms, but that's all they needed, and they were entranced. I especially liked that the girls in the story were powerful. Both boys and girls will love this movie.

Loved being able to purchase the tickets online for his highly anticipated sequel. No lines to fight and guaranteed seat. Loved the movie!! The story and special effects were griping from start to finish. The only thing that I would have changed would be to explain further at the end why some would return and some not. The children all played their parts exceptionally well. The creatures were fascinating to watch and the mice definitely stole the show!! LOL

I really enjoyed this movie. It's a great family movie. However, make sure you see the first one so you can undstand the background of the "kings and queens of old". While there were some differences from the book, I thought the story as a whole was very well done. If you're a fan of the Narnia books, I would definitely recommend that you see this movie. Also, stay through the ending credits to hear Switchfoot's original song, "This is Home," written specifically for this movie. I can't wait for the third Narnia installment!

I highly recommend this movie. I found there to be a lot of symbolism throughout it. The battles are very much OT times. The clothing is medieval, but the actors and actresses are amazing. They bring C.S. Lewis book to life, and it starts in London, England where he was born. Many life lesson are in there like temptation, bravery and strength, love, trust, peace, and so forth. I loved it, and hope you will too.

Grew up reading the book series and enjoy the movies almost just as much. I’m amazed at how strong, royal and almighty Aslan has been made. Every time he shows up in the movie I want to stand up and cheer or cry. Of course if you understand the meaning behind this story it makes a greater impact when Aslan asks Lucy “Why didn’t you come to me?” “You didn’t come because the others didn’t believe?” As soon as this movie comes out on DVD we will buy it but this is one you should definitely see on the big screen!!

This was the best movie I had seen in a very long time. Having read the stories as a child, I am now sharing them with my 9 year old son. I would recommend this movie for just about any age - although I felt my 5 year old daughter was not quite ready - she stayed home with Dad. Parents should use their own judgement on whether they feel their kids can handle it. There is a lot of exciting sword fighting and war scenes, but some scenes may require explaining to small children who may worry. All-in-all a fantastic film with incredible special effects. Even if you are not familiar with the stories - if you enjoyed Harry Potter and the Lord of the Rings you will most definately get your money's worth.

You won't be disappointed with this amazing story. There was not a moment that you felt that the movie was dragging or that there were unnecessary scenes. Even though the movie was 2 hours and 2 minutes long, you just want more details, more action and more time, especially with Aslan. Every emotion possible is felt as you engage these characters. There was even comic relief in the midst of the fighting. It can be very enjoyable for the whole family, but if you have kids or anyone sensitive to violence imagery or noise, you may want to skip it or wait until the DVD when you can dampen some of that. There was no dore involved, but there was definitely violence. Make sure you get to the theater on time, the early scenes are very dark and you can't see a thing in the theater as far as finding a seat or people you may be trying to find.

It was wonderful how well the producers stuck to the story line. Everything kept you on the edge of your seat. The entire theater was ooing and aahing the entire time. It was packed and people were lined up on the stairs to see it. If you have smaller children under the age of 5 you might be a little concerned about the violence. However, my four year old watched it and loved it.

The family went to see this movie on Friday. It was an enjoyable flick, with a good bit of action, breathtaking scenes, and interesting characters. I took my two preteen boys and we all three loved it. It actually holds your attention and at the end we couldn't believe it was over already. Very exciting, full of adventure and beautiful cinematography. The battle scenes are not too bloody or graphic. Some of the creatures are kind of scary so very young kids might scare. What a great movie! Everything about it was so well done. The display of bravery, self-sacrifice, humility. These are qualities that just are not portrayed these days. We all need true heroes. My son and I are Chronicles of Narnia fans. We have both read all the books. This was a long awaited release. Loved the first movie and absolutely loved Prince Caspian. Great production. Held the attention, lots of emotions, joy, sadness, fear, anger had it all.. I was concerned that the 2nd movie would be a let down as many times they are, but this one was great!! Hope everyone enjoys the fantasy of Narnia.

Fantastic movie. Loved the actors, loved the story. Great heroics! Good CG and some humor in with the dramatic scenes of fighting from the mouse!

I saw the first Narnia and have to say as much as it was just ok thats the way I felt about it just ok I was not on the edge of my seat like with the Harry Potter movies. But this movie I had been watching the previews for some time as it showed much promise. I went and saw the movie yesterday and was blow away!!!!!!!!! It was everything and more that I expected it to be and just down right awesome! The story line of Prince Caspian was perfect! The sword action was perfect! I'm a fencer so this is important to me and I was not disappointed. This movie made me wanting more story line of Prince Caspian! I would go see this again with my friends anytime and just might do that as I cannot wait to see it again. Go see this movie if you have not seen it. Way more action in it then the first one. I hope we see and hear more of Prince Caspian again.

Absolutely loved it! Despite the warnings, I took my 2 children to see it (ages 6 &11) and was not disappointed that I did. The kids really enjoyed it. Well worth every penny spent and I can't wait for the DVD to come out so that we can all watch it again!!
