My wife and I took our three year old daughter who was already a huge fan of the first two movies. Not only did she love it, be my wife and I couldn't believe how great we thouht it was. It was funny, tender, and had an excellent story. I certainly didn't expect to enjoy it more than the first two, that I already really enjoyed. The Pixar writers are some of the most tallented in the business.

When Toy Story 1 and 2 came out, my kids were little, so when my son (now 12) said he wanted to see Toy Story 3 I was interested for nostalgic reasons only. I'm glad I went.

Of course it is a good movie, mainly #3 is for adults. I brought 3 kids and they were scared with the bad baby, the incinerator fire pit where the toys are headed to "die" and the Pink Bear from Sunnyside. Mainly for adults for #3, a lot of cute parts. I liked 1 and 2 better. My child had nightmares last night because of the pink sunnyside bear. Better for older kids.

I believe Toy Story 3 was the most action packed and funniest Pixar movie I remember! I believe 80% of the movie is pretty much constant gag or action, and I was on the edge of my seat or laughing until tears came out of my eyes. But no matter how silly or ridiculous the story became, what touches me the most is that Pixar did not forget to emphasize the theme that drove the Toy Story series for over a decade: while our memories are precious, we need to be open to make new ones. Thank you Pixar for bringing these memorable characters to life once again and introducing new ones as well. I am definitely watching this movie again in theatres!

The folks at Pixar have done it again. What I love about the Toy Story movies is that the characters may be toys, but they are most certainly fully developed. They know just how to pull your heartstrings. By now Buzz, Woody and the gang are like family members to all of us. We're put through the emotional ringer in this movie, like never before. You'll laugh till you cry, then cry till you can't take it anymore. Those of a sensitive nature be warned, you'll need your hankie.

Toy Story 3 was very well done. It's amazing that Disney/Pixar can create a movie that you can become emotionally involved in, even though the main characters are toys. I actually cried at the end of this one. I went into the movie with no expectations and came out feeling that a trilogy is ending on a pleasant note. It shows that growing up can be hard and Andy giving his toys away was almost a symbol of him leaving his childhood behind for good. But, in all, Woody and the gang stuck together and it will always be that way. There was also a lot of humor, which was very good in a story about moving on with life. Chalk up another win for Disney/Pixar!

following the toy story story- I had to see this- and kids too. wow loved the whole story line- from why they were in the situation they were in- andy going to college- to places toys end up- donated or worde (gulp). the last couple minutes were pretty intense for all of us- I teared up and cried... BUT a GREAT GREAT ending. I would recommend it 100 times over.

Have to say I went into this with pretty HIGH expectations.....and in true Toy Story fashion it DELIVERED! Funny for all ages, full of great action and I even say I misted up at the end. My "Adult" friend even said "I can't believe I am getting teary at a kids movie." It was NOT sad like the movie UP with a BAD issue like death....this was more for the adults who understand that kids grow up and go away to college...only we (the adults) were feeling it that way. Our kids (ages 6-14) were all stuck in their seats for the ENTIRE FILM!!!! So Thank you Pixar and Disney for a GREAT ENDING to a GREAT STORY.....BRAVO!!!!!!

Took 18 kids for my son's 6th bday party and had a blast! It made me laugh, cry, and think about the toys I had as a child. Pixar is great, to be able to make a 3rd movie where people of all ages can enjoy and relate to it. Wonderful, must see film....highly recommended! This movie would be enjoyed by the entire family due to its humor and excitement. Even though the movie itself itself is animated, the emotions the characters experience are very similar to those we experience on a daily basis, giving a spectator something in the movie to relate to. This movie was awesome like the fist 2. It was funny, spirited and just plain good. My 3 daughters loved the whole story line. They were completely engaged and didn't miss a beat. My 3 yr old actually sat through the entire movie and loved every minute of it. Can't wait until the DVD comes out. I feel the persistent bullying and threatening behavior by the "bad" gang of toys was too much for a G rating. Had it been 2 scenes, maybe okay, but it occurred in over half the movie. And the doom scene where they resigned themselves to being destroyed-just too much. The G rating mislead me for my 5 year old and a 7 year old. As a Mom, I found the heartwarming 2 scenes so touching & I shed many tears. I would recommend this to ages 9 year old and up.

Overall the movie was good but it lacked the storyline compared to one and two. It was definitely a tear jerker in the last ten minutes. Would I watch it again - probably because I have two kids. But I would rather watch the first two.

We've had this movie date on our calendar since our trip to Disney last year! It was another fabulous installment and finished the story off nicely. Quite a few moms were tearing up at the end....
This movie is a must see for all ages! It completely lived up to the hype! Disney/Pixar movies are the BEST!!
