I took my teenage daughter and her friend to see Toy Story 3 and not one of us left the theater with a dry eye. The range of emotions I felt through the hour and 49 minutes were incredible and I just wanted more and more. We LOVED this movie as much as all the other Toy Story movies and I am so sad to see them go! Woody, Buzz, Andy, and all their friends will live on forever for us!

If you liked the first two "Toy Stories" you will like this one too. Lots of action, your favorite toys are back plus some new ones. Nice way to end the series. Some scenes seemed to be a bit much for the smaller kids--a couple around me I heard were scared and didn't want to watch anymore.

Definitely worth taking the kids to this movie! My family went for Father's Day & everyone loved it! I have to say I was a little shocked at the landfill scene - I think it might have been a little much for some kids (there were crying kids in the theater) - definitely did not expect that! My daughter & I left in tears, good tears, but tears (another unexpected reaction!) But overall LOVED the movie!

FYI - We didn't see this in 3D - not a fan of wearing those glasses for 2 hrs!
Like all Pixar movies - they start with a solid story at their core - and this one is no exception. Very sweet, touching story that any parent with grown children can relate too - or really any parent.
The old characters are back, for the most part, and the new characters are hilarious! I especially enjoyed the clown.
I have enjoyed all three Toy Story movies, but this one is probably the best - they just keep getting better and better!!
If you don't have small children, though, try and see it at a time where there aren't a lot of screaming, crying little ones! I'm going to watch this again at home, once it's available! I'm sure there was dialogue I missed because of all the kids that were screaming and the parents didn't even have the courtesy of taking them out of the theatre.

I'm so glad Pixar stuck to its guns and refused to churn out low-quality, direct-to-video sequels the way it's parent company does. This was a fantastic way to end a much-loved series. I will say, the landfill scenes might be a bit intense (very suspenseful) for younger children, but overall it was great. My whole family - me, husband and daughters ages 5 and 6 LOVED it.

Took my 2 children, both girl & boy, they absolutely loved it! They were not bored and eyes were glued to the screen....My 3 yr old boy gets bored fast and loses interest quick but not with this movie, his behind was in his seat and did not ask for anything :) while my 5 yr old girl even shed a tear at the end......It was a thumbs up for me!!!

If this is the finale of this series. They have done a wonderful job. This movie goes after every emotion you have from beginning to end. Wonderful film for the entire family regardless of age. Best movie to date. The animation was second to none. Steller story line when i thought they would have nothing more to write about. I was kindof hoping for a toy story 4 based in the attic at Andy's house. But i guess not knowing what the next one will bring is even better. AND SPANISH BUZZ WAS FANTASTIC.....

Great movie for all. Not scary but does have a pretty intense scene so I would not suggest the 3D version for smaller ones of those that scare easy. Carry some tissues if you are a mommy struggling with the fact that your "babies" are growing up. We plan on seeing it a couple of more times. Fantastic!

My schoolteacher wife and I loved this animation - the realism, attention to detail, pace of action, plot and character development, all made it completely engaging. Our only concern was for kids under 7, as there are 2 truly creepy characters (and I don't mean Barbie and Ken, who are beautifully plastic-shallow), and only one of them finds redemption in the story. So we think this calls for intentional Parental Guidance. But 2 or 3 scenes are among the funniest I've ever seen in any film. Great fun for (almost) any age!

This has to be my favorite Toy Story so far. Great for the kids and enough to keep the adults awake. The story is the perfect ending for the series. Great laughs and a slight tear jerker at the end. No spoilers but there's a clown who is hilarious to look at and listen to. Buzz Lightyear"s "transformation" is hilarious. I can watch this over and over again.
