Liked this Toy Story best. However, my 3 year old grandson did not like the Monkey - too scary. I would recommend it to all age groups. Also, I did not care for the short movie preceeding Toy Story 3. The theatre needs to be careful not to show previews that have scary parts in them when children are their audience.

The movie was better than I thought it would be. The characters were funny and clever so it was great for all age groups. What I didn't like was before the movie started, there was a short clip of these two characters and it was quite long. I almost thought I was in the wrong movie theatre. I am not sure if Disney did this or if the movie theatre did this, but it made the experience seem too long for 3 to 4 year olds.

Toy Story 3 exceeds all expectaions. The script is filled with memorable, funny, loveable characters and jokes that will leave you crying with laughter.
The escape scene is better than any Hollywood action excape plan I've seen. The movie is visually stunning, with no detail left out. You'll cry bittersweet tears at the end, but only because Disney/Pixar has managed to create a world you don't want to see end. See this movie before you see any others.

It is hard to believe they could actually make another Toy Story movie that is as wonderful, and well-written as the first two -- but they did! It is funny, touching, sad, scary and delightful! My 4 year old son got a little scared but LOVED it, and at 44 and a huge fan of the first two, I found myself completely bowled over by the animation, dialogue, story and sense of continuity. A MUST SEE (and must own when out on DVD).

This movie is great and even brought a tear to my eye at the end. I'm a 31 yr old male and am a big fan of all movies including kids movies. This movie has more excitement then any other toy story and almost begins to feel like an action movie and you kind of forget they are supposed to be toys and can really relate to them. The story line is something that I think everyone that has gone off to college or came to a point where they have to let treasured memories go can compare to their own lives... its pretty emotional and will def make you think of your own life. Kind of like it did to me. As much as I love all of the Toy Story flicks this was the perfect ending to a classic story line and if they made a 4th I think there is the possibility of losing the integrity of the series. I hope they treat this story with respect and not beat it to death like some other great original movies (land before time, the first 3 star wars, and I'm sure you can name a few more). Great job Pixar.

This film has it all. Compelling and believable (even though they're toys!) characters, great visuals and a powerful and engaging story. Yes. I cried. You probably will, too. Favorite character this time? It has to be Spanish Buzz -- voiced by Javier Fernandez Pena One slight disappointment. The two short references to Ken's sexuality (high heels and handwriting) weren't really funny. I don't think they were particularly offensive, but they weren't necessary, either.
I'd see this film again, and again . . .

I was six years old when Toy Story first came out. This movie brought back so many good memories. I loved the story, the characters, and basically everything. It even made me cry. Thank you Disney/Pixar for such a touching, relevant story about friendship.

I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a sequel, let alone a 3-quel, so much. While never losing track of the characters, storylines and heart of the first two movies, TS3 brings the audience a new adventure that is exciting and believable. It brings back some characters from before in new ways, but never stoops to recycling old news. So heartwarming, I wanted to see it again the moment it was over. Saw it with an audience of all ages and there wasn't a dispointed face anywhere.

Toy Story 3 was well worth seeing in the theater! This is what a great movie is all about...creative script, an unpredictable story, adventure, humor, emotion, romance...it was all there!
I was expecting to see a "kiddy movie". Instead Disney and Pixar drew me into a world where the toys became real characters, with mature and complex problems.
I laughed, I got teary eyed, I was completely entertained!
My only disappointment was a scene where the darker colored toys were presented as the "bad guys". Subconcious racism?
Still, the film gives "toys" the respect they deserve. And no matter what your age, this "movie" will "move" you.

I went to see Toy Story 3 opening weekend, and I can't find words to explain how much I enjoyed it. You see, I was raised on the first two. I would watch them all the time when I was little. Now, when I heard a third one was coming out, I knew had to see it. When I was watching the third installment to this wonderful trilogy, I felt like a little kid, again. It had EVERYTHING. It was filled with happiness, sadness, action, suspense, etc. Yet, it was, most of all, heart-warming. For those of you that were raised on it like me or watched this with your kids when they were little (Even if you just saw the first two because you heard they were good!) be ready, because there is a very strong chance you will get choked up towards the end. Once again, I can't describe how much I loved this movie. Pixar did it, again. They showed a world full of hate that there is always room for love and friendship, even if they had to do it through the use of dolls and action figures. You feel all the emotions in this movie. I suggest this to people of all ages, because even though it is classified as a kid's movie, anyone of any age will fall in love with this movie and it's wonderful characters. I really hope they make a fourth one. And if they do, trust me, I will be at the movie theatre the first chance I get. Because 'Toy Story' has to be one of the best movie trilogies of our time, and it will live on forever, to me, as the movie that had everything and the movie that showed the world what true friendship was.

We took our 3 year old to see this--it was his first movie. The movie itself was fantastic. Great story line--loved seeing the old characters as well as the new additions. I will definitely buy the dvd, however, going to the movies in person reminds me of why I hardly venture to the theater anymore. Aside from the crazy ticket/concession prices, the sound was ridiculously loud during the coming attractions and opening scene of the movie--we almost walked out at that point but fortunately the sound level became more bearable. That, however, is more a theater issue and no reflection on the movie. This movie has something for everyone...for the first time goer like my son to adults of all ages. It's a must see!

I took some f my childcare children to see the movie & they are still excided about seeing the movie!!! It was terrific fun & just as good as the 1st 2. We all LOVED it!!!

We took 5 grandchildren ranging from 3 to 15 (the 15 year old still has his Woody doll) along with their parents for Father's Day. It was suspenseful, funny for the adults and the kids did not move. We will be purchasing it when it comes out on DVD. Great job as always Disney/Pixar. We all agreed that we forgot the characters aren't real...or are they?

The first two toy story movies were great, but Toy Story 3 was definitely the funniest of the all and was great because it was a great family movie that children and adults can both enjoy.
