What a wonderfull film. You really were engaged in the characters. My son and I loved it.We didn''t see it in 3D but still enyoyed it. He is 10 and grew up w/ Buzz and Woody. It was emotional for me to see the characters move on,( yes I got teary eyed), but he just loved it for the action.Kudos to Disney-Pixar. Go see it!

Okay this is the third installment in the Toy Story saga, and appears to be the last. When I first saw that this movie was coming out, I honestly thought that it was going to be bad and worn out. I am very happy to report that I was completely wrong. Toy Story 3 was very original in its story and a great deal of fun. The Spanish speaking Buzz Lightyear was a tremendous hit. I will give one warning to all of the parents attending this movie. At the end as Andy moves on in his life, I saw many parents (including me) who had a tear in their eye remembering how fleeting their children’s childhood is. Even with that said, this is a great movie!!

People of all ages will love this movie. If you saw the first 2, there are many references you'll enjoy. But even if you didn't, the story stands alone and is VERY well done. Bravo to Disney & Pixar for a fantastic conclusion to the story!

I went into seeing this movie with my children with fear and trepidation at being bored out of my skull for an hour and a half. I did not want to see a boring rehashing of the first two movies, but I went in for the sake of the children. I have come from seeing this movie, moved and completely surprised and blown away at the depth that this children's movie went to - to accurately summarize the feelings of loss and separation from someone (something) that you love and are supposed to be too old for now. They captured (again) the camaraderie and "all for one, one for all" attitude that the characters share, and they brought it forth with grace and aplomb.

Great movie. Tom Hanks's performance (albeit only in voice) is reminiscient of his little boy to grown man and back to little boy again performance in Big. You feel the anguish of a little boy wanting to grow up, yet not wanting to leave his childhood. Any mother who has watched a child leave for college will have her heartstrings plucked once again. The children were mesmerized and the adults laughed and were moved simultaneously. Definitely a recommend.

We took our 4 year old twins. Their 1st movie. They sat still! It awed me with the ideas and the pure creativity- ie. tortilla shell. Many of the humorous references were geared toward adults, but the kids still had plenty to laugh at. Some things were "G" inappropriate such as Barbie living with Ken; tennis balls coming out of Mr. Potato Heads "butt". Many parents and teachers prefer not to use the word "Butt". Overall- it was well worth the money.

My kids (6,4,2) have been watching the first 2 on DVD for months and anticipated this one. The trailers didn't show anything violent, so we took them last night and were a bit shocked. At least 2 times the toys were on the brink of death, and once looked like fiery hell. Everything turned out ok, and they liked the film, but we did have kids that were scared and then relieved. Other than that, it was pretty good.

Some movies try to build tension, but can't really pull it off. But the issue is you only know the characters for a few hours. With Toy Story, you have characters you have known and loved for years, and it creates a perfect atmosphere of suspense. Definitely a movie for everyone, and a must see of the year

This movie completely met my expectations and more! I'm part of the generation that has grown up with this series, and I loved how they incorporated Andy's grown maturity in sync with ours, as well as added a few nostalgic components referencing the prior two movies. I was shocked how much I enjoyed the movie considering it was #3. There were moments I had tears in my eyes and then laughing out loud. Love the Barbie and Ken characters. My 3 year old enjoyed it, too. Great movie!

This movie managed to tug at my heartstrings, and almost make me cry. The scenes were the toys are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice was done very well. I thought that the switches roles of many of the toys was a welcome fresh air to the diversity of today's people. A must see movie for ALL ages!!!
