As usual, an excellent effort by the Met Opera singers, sets, chorus -- they were all in top form, except for the tenor (Tito). He seemed to run out of gas toward the end of the second act. But he was very good up until then. The only real complaint was with the HD transmission. The show started one half hour late, but no free popcorn for the disappointed and restless audience.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
