Pixar did a great job making a prequel to one of our favorite movies. They incorporated references to events in the original movie - characters (Abominable Snowman, Roz, Waternoose, etc.), kids are toxic, Mike training Sully, etc. Overall, very endearing and entertaining movie. Pixar somehow manages to raise the bar with each subsequent movie.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors, voice casting, animation

My family and I absolutely loved this movie! It is just as good, if not, better than the first. I was a little worried with all of the over-the-top advertising, but they definitely did not disappoint! This is definitely a must-see for any Monsters Inc fans out there!

This movie was great. I actually thought it was better than the first movie. I definitely recommend watching it in 3D. The story was very nice, the characters were funny. I laughed more for this movie than the previous one.

I took my two grandson's ages 10 and 8, the loved it as so did I. The theater was packed at a 10am 3D showing. Well worth the time spent watching a great movie together

Pixar and Disney pulled off another great movie. Great for both Kids and Adults. I have seen several 3D movies and this one is not worth the extra money to see in 3D. (only a couple places it worked)

The movie was funny and appeals to both children and adults. Its a "prequel" for those that saw Monsters Inc. and a great introduction for those that didnt so I expect there will be renewed interest in that movie. The storyline was cute with some moral messages to remind people how to behave. We saw it in 3d but really was not a lot in the movie so could have saved some money.

I truly thought this movie has a great story line and if parents could get their children to reflect on what they learned from this movie about the never give up, I can do this no matter what attitude. There is so much to be gained from Movies than just the Entertainment aspect. I am 60 years old and I enjoyed this movie more than I thought I was going too. I don't think very many people much younger than me would even know about Old Yeller which was referred to in this movie, which is one of my favorite movies when I was a kid.

We went and seen the movie in 3D. The only negative thing I could think of about the movie is if there were better 3D animation. But a great movie and would love to go see it again but next time it would be in 3D.
