My husband is the ultimate James Bond fanatic, so I took him to see this as an early holiday treat. I was totally unprepared to actually enjoy this film. There was not the overall sexual references of earlier films. The action was continuous and exciting. I love the way they are now aging Bond having him relate to similiar issues. I will definitely buy this film when it is available on DVD and watch with my husband. As I stated before, as a take it or leave it Bond fan this movie took me by surprise and I will look forward to new Bond movies in the future if they are like this.

I have not seen a 007 movie since Sean Connery .. I didn't feel anyone else could play James Bond..this was a fantastic movie and I like Daniel Craig as James Bond.. Great acting and great stunts..Loved it !

great movie... a "proper" Bond movie
only downside I would say is the IMAX picture experience is great, but the sound is way too loud. We used earplugs & it was enjoyable, without them and it would have been painful / unwatchable.

While neither as tongue in cheek as many of the mid-period Bond films, nor arguably as dark as the last couple, Skyfall strikes the perfect balance between the two extremes. Plenty of references to earlier periods of the series from the Aston Martin and the special weapons of the Q department to the classic showdown in Macau to keep even jaded fans happy,
Dame Judi Dench's finest role and acting of the series as well as the most human Daniel Craig ever.
Special effects and awesome camera work galore round out a great time for the whole PG-13 family.

Wasn't sure what to expect for a 2.5 hour movie. They sometimes drag, however, the movie was so enthralling, I couldn't take my eyes off the screen. It was one of the best James Bond movies ever. Daniel Craig has won me over as bond. Look forward to the next one.

This Bond movie in my opinion is probably one of the best Bond films. I believe that what makes it stand out isnt the special effects or the action. This movie deals with the characters and what makes them who they are. Great move.

Daniel Craig is so much more physical than the last several James Bond actors. My favorite actor has always been Sean Connery, but Daniel Craig makes the character so real and believable and therefore a pleasure to watch.

This movie came together perfectly. From the opening scene, you could feel the intensity of what was to come. The parallel drawn between the traditional ways of field work and the new age technological expertise of the modern day lends itself to the overall theme of an older Bond remaining capable. I loved it, watched it in IMAX and recommend everyone do so as well. You won't be disappointed!

If you are a Bond fan, it's definitely worth seeing the visual effects on the big screen. (We saw it in IMAX.) However, we were very disappointed in the story line. There were very long chase scenes and not much substance to the plot.

Seeing this in IMAX is very exhilarating. Howver, it is VERY LOUD. Not sure sitting in the back helped this, but would not want to sit closer.
