Sequels have a bad reputation in the movie world, and second sequels have an even worse reputation. So it's refreshing to see a second sequel like this one where the creative juices were still flowing. The zany humor and fun special effects are still there, but they found a way to add a new element to the story that could keep it interesting. And, of course, the 3-D made the special effects even more fun!

Much better than the first two movies. Less camp and had a story which was put together nicely followed by a twist at the end. The lead villian was good but could have been greater in the utilization of his weapons. Great usage of secondary characters, especially the Arcainian. Worth seeing.

This was a very enjoyable movie taking the MIB series to the next level.
Acting very well done. Tommy Lee Jones' make up was a bit heavy and the 3D was more distracting then enhancing.
Overall a good movie to catch at the theaters.
You won't be disappointed.

Though not as well constructed as The Avengers, MIB 3 is pretty darn good for a summer movie. The plot rests on space not being the final frontier, time is! And like Marty McFly, Agent J (Will Smith) must go back in time to meet his mentor Agent K's (Tommy Lee Jones) younger version (superbly played by Josh Brolin) and change events to preserve the future.
Its definitely different than the previous two and Will Smith is beginning to show his age, but its got all the classic elements that make these films so entertaining and a few new characters to keep you interested.
The best part is the surprise ending that really pulls on your heart strings and gives you a great deal of insight into the back story. Destined to be a classic, go out and see it in 3D!

This is a typical third movie. The characters are the same but the excitement and interest of the original are lacking. However, there is an emotional scene in the end that ties together so that another movie need not be made. 3D makes it worthwhile.
