My grandson begged me to take him to this movie so despite mediocre reviews by the critics, I honored his request. The movie in and of itself is certainly not as bad as I might have thought, but it is sad. It's a very touching, sweet movie, but we all were sobbing by the end of the story. Might not be a good pick for very sensitive children.

My family really enjoyed this movie. The story line was great. It makes parents appreciate their children and laugh at what we don't always understand. As in most cases, would like to have seen even more racial diversity.

Very sweet movie. Great for a family. As a parent, it made me realize how initially we don't have any idea how to raise a child. We learn from the kids, gaining more experience as the years go by.
The message strong. very enjoyable.

Feel good story about getting the most out of life. A little cheesy at times, but that is typical for a disney movie. I brought three kids with me - all 12 and under - and it was very appropriate. They enjoyed it and hopefully got an appreciation for living life to the fullest and for the beauty of nature (vivid nature scenes - absolutely gorgeous).
