I have watched matches at the us open live and the feeling was very different than watching on tv. This event was like seeing a live match from the best seats. I'm not a big 3d fan but for sports it rocks. Seing the muscles flex, the spin on the ball and the facial expressions was great. You saw the ball as that player on the camera side would see it. Give us more!! How about boxing.

This was an excellent idea, and I hope they do it for all the grand slams at the very least. The only critique is that the broadcast and all theaters involved should be HD. It appeared too low res compared to your average movie nowadays. Also, it would be nice if the local commentary was somehow involved.

Although I am a Nadal fan, I still very much enjoyed this event. The 3D made me feel as if I was sitting in the Royal Box. The colors and depth were superb. I will continue to go for this; I agree it should be advertised better though, not many people knew about it.

What can I say if you love tennis and 3-D go see this! Was amazing, very accurate and detail, loved what it does for the sport. Would love to see Basketball in 3-D too!
