Director and actors managed to keep an overall "lightness" to the proceedings, in spite of several violent and/or gruesome scenes. Well paced and kept my attention throughout.

This is a neat little thriller, Scandanavian style. It has that same can't-quite-put-my-finger-on-it quality as the original "Girl with Dragon Tattoo" films. The central character is a headhunter and part-time art thief for whom things get out-of-control very quickly. Mostly straight thriller, with one or two outrageous darkly-comic scenes thrown in. Highly recommended. Norwegian with English sub-titles.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors

A short man full of doubt about his relationship with his tall and beautiful wife over-compensates for everything for fear of losing her. His day job is headhunter for tech companies; he's also an art thief on the side. He over-spends on every aspect of his lavish life to impress his (tall) wife. This is a very entertaining film with some Hollywood production qualities, but it's decidedly Swedish/European in tone and execution. It reminded me of the refreshing feeling I had when I first saw "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo." See if if you liked that movie and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Pros great story, great actors, creative, full of twists
