This last installment of the Dark Knight trilogy is the absolute best. The story far-surpassed my expectations and left me wanting more. One of the best, if not THE best movie of 2012. Period. Go see it. Honestly the first super hero movie that moves you deeply and really makes you care.

I am disappointed with the choice of actors and performance of Bane and Catwoman in this film. Bane's character development was lacking, and his voice lacked any quality of intesity. It sounded like a children's show character's voice, distorted to make it almost unintelligible. Anne Hathaway was a terrible choice for Cat Woman. Her attempts at playing a sexy "bad girl" failed in a wreck of awkwardness that was more reminiscent of her role in "Princess Diaries". Additionally, the character of Can Woman could have been abandoned alltogether without any impact of the wholeness of the storyline.
Still, as a fan of the Batman story and movies, I found this film to be very entertaining. I enjoyed the action and intense story-line that this film shares with the previous 2 Batman movies. Go and see it... just bring something to throw towards the screen when Ms. Hathaway has a scene.

Tedious and not much action. Dialogue way to cumbersome. The vilian with the mask mumbled the entire movie. What was he saying anyway?I was expecting wonderful special effects, futuristic weapons & gadgets and plenty of action and a love interest that would make the Batman batty. Got none of that. Boring to say the least. Oh, did I say way toooooooo long!

Seriously, Christopher Nolan (great director, producer, and writer) couldn't have done this! The storyline was awful, but most of the casting was great. Anne Hathaway as Catwoman was awesome, but Bane was AWFUL!!!!! The storyline for his past was the worst. They did some weird thing with his past about trying to make it look cool. Then they did this whole thing about him being a protector of a little girl in an underground prison. It was just confusing when they tryed to make him look more human! Batman was stuck down inthe sewers practically the whole movie! I'm not going to give away the ending ,but pay close attention to the young cop who convinces Bruce Wayne to become batman again. This movie was ok but I do NOT recomend it.

Does not disappoint in terms of the conclusion of the series, however it does almost too neatly close the story in the last 30 minutes. I guess this was unavoidable in reality as the story does end this way, but it wasn't very surprising. Overall the acting was great, the action was super action-ey, and Batman is still a mother effin BA. I could nitpick on small details such as the large fight scenes between the goons and the cops. If you paid attention you could see a lot of them not really stage fighting well. Go see it!

Okay, so it sucks that I was so put off by the portrayal of Bane in this movie that it has cast a shadow on my view of the rest of it, but it is what it is. To me, this is the worst of this series of Batman movies. However, even being the worst in this series, it's still a much better movie than most out there. Honestly, I enjoyed just about everything aside from Bane. He didn't seem all that scary or evil to me. Both R'as al Ghul and the Joker made for far superior villains. Of course there is more to the villainy in this movie, but I will refrain from any spoilers. For those that know, I found that twist great, but it was too little too late for me. Anyway, despite might ire towards Bane, the movie was still pretty good and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who isn't familiar with the character from comic-dom.

This movie was excellent from soup to nuts! I was afraid of Anne Hathaway (not a fan) but she even surprised me. I loved the story, the acting, the directing. I was literally on the edge of my seat most of the time. I highly recommend!

The acting was superb, the storytelling was phenomenal. It was hard to imagine how it was going to top the Dark Knight and they succeeded. Not that it's better it's just... a different masterpiece altogether.

I would say this movie feels more like Batman Begins than The Dark Knight. By that I mean It has a much grander, almost worldly, feel when it comes to the Story and the scale of the Action. With multiple storylines playing out simultaneously, you definitely need to pay attention to whats going on or you could easily get lost, but the way they come together brought tears to my eyes. Wonderful Movie and the perfect conclusion to this Trilogy. GO SEE IT! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Excellent movie...of course I love all of Nolan's Batman movies...so far surpasses every other Batman series from other directors.
The storyline is excellent...surprised me at different times. Would go again....don't let what happened in Aurora, CO stop you from seeing this extraordinary film.
I was going to rate the acting as just good because Catwoman ticked me off...but then thought about it...that's what she's supposed to do (duh moment or what?!).
Will see it again...
Pros well paced, great story, great actors, speaks to this generation

The movie was fantastic in all areas except dialog of Bane. it was difficult to understand what he was saying. I still recommend this movie. It was probably the best of the three.

One of the rare movie trilogies where the movies actually get better as they go along. Once again, Christopher Nolan has delivered another masterpiece. The reason this Batman series works perhaps better than any other "super-hero" series before is because we can identify with Bruce Wayne and all his struggles both physcially and emotionally. The ability to rise from our greatest depths and to ultimately succeed is a story everyone can relate to. This is also a tale of good over evil delivered in spectacular fashion. In this final chapter, Wayne/Batman faces the ultimate evil and challenge in Bane. Two of the most poignant scenes are when Wayne completes the climb/jump out of the third-world prison and when Batman announces to everyone in Gotham, including Bane, that he has returned by lighting the bridge ablaze with a huge bat symbol. Finally what great movie would be complete withoutr a great score....and once agan Hans Zimmer delivers powerfully emotional score. Seen it twice already ... and going back for more !!

Great ending for the Batman trilogy. Remains connected to the 1st two films extremely well. The ending allows another director to pick up right where we left off. Is Robin on the horizon? Is Bruce Wayne/Batman still alive? Is Catwoman still alive? Time will tell.

first of all my heart goes out to all the CO shooting victims and theor families.
this movie was amazing. it was well written well acted and so different from all other comic book movies. i think that each character was crucially important and fit in where they belong.
i am glad i saw it and i already want to see it again.
