As a captain America fan, this was a perfect segway movie into the upcoming movie of The Avengers for next summer. Its hard not to love and admire the genuine character of Captain America. Full of action, plenty of comedy, and some true tugging on the heart. Saw it with my wife and we both enjoyed it, although my wife isn't nearly into superhero movies as I am. Worth seeing it right away.

I found great visuals with the 3D technology, a movie even children could watch as violence was at a minimum. The story line was not the greatest, it took no effort to stay with the plot.
Was it an Avatar, or Lord of the Rings, NO!! Was it good entertainment, YES!!

I enjoyed this film alot. A great deal of action. The one thing that I found odd was having characters that were in Sgt. Fury and the Howling Comandos fighting with Cap America.. All in all the movie was great.

This movie wasn't what I was expecting, which is actually a good thing for a super hero type movie ... They did a great job of putting a story line to this movie. I took my 12 year old son and he really enjoyed it, which surprised me, because it didn't have the "action" you'd find in a Transformer type movie, but it kept you engaged. A feel good movie for sure ... I'd recommend it.

When I saw Green Lantern it was overly cliche and the story was lame. This is NOT the case with Captain America who has a great patriotic plot along side the World War. Some humor here and there is a nice touch and a little more action from Captain America himself would have been better.

I was very surprise that Chris Evans did Captain America justice. He came across as a genuine hero that you wanted to win. He really pulled it off. However I do not recommend watching this in 3D. I feel the effects were not that great. I would recommend this movie if you enjoy watching movies with a plot and not unnecessary explosions.

This movie was way more than I expected and now I have to go see it again. The plot was well written the acting kept you into the movie, had a few great punch lines. However the effects and the action were off the chart. This is not only a Must see this summer but a must see twice.
