Based on the real life Steve Harvey clever book, "Act Like a Woman, Think Like a Man" , "Like a Man" hits a lot of funny bone as it speaks to the trials and tribulations of mens' and womens' attempts to gain advantage over each other. The Harvey book addresses womens' strategies of how to best deal with their guy and becomes a central theme of the pic. When the men realize that their women are using this book as a tool against them, they start turning the tables and , temporarily, gain an upper hand! When the ladies find out that the men have uncovered their secrets(oops!), the ladies' counterattack turns into even more merriment and mayhem, adding to the audience laughter that seems continuous throughout! This is, without doubt, one of the funniest pictures of the year!! The touching conclusion ads welcomed, good-nature appeal! Well cast, the plot moves seamlessly through crisp directing. Highly recommended for most adults with the caveat that there are some mild raw moments.

The movie was hysterical, as for my rating 3 items avg. is because they weren't relevant to the movie i.e. special effects, etc. The acting and chemistry between the male characters was easy and funny, the female characters were not only very easy on the eyes but their dialogue, acting and chemistry was excellent as well. It is absolutely a good date movie (will create tons of things to talk about afterward) as well as a fun movie for anyone else as well, definitely worth the time and $$$, a nice relief for a change, enjoy

Think like a man was a very comical and realistic movie displaying how women and men think as it relates to dating and finding that special someone. It is a must see for women and men of all races. Mothers should take their young daughters to see this film to view this side of dating. The book is also a great and easy read. Hats off to Steve Harvey and the cast of this movie.

I have followed Steve Harvey's career and bought both of his books. The personalities described in the book truly came to life in"Think Like A Man". I was truly impressed with the ENTIRE cast (and that's rare for me to say). Kudos to Steve Harvey and Rushion McDonald along with Will Packer and Tim Story on creating a good movie. I practically split my sides; enjoyed sentimental moments; cheered on characters and the audience was fully engaged! Seeing this movie gives me hope in that I will truly find a mate when the time is right.

This movie is a good girls going out movie, but even better for date night. Love all the actors, just great. I would have loved to see Gail (Wendy Williams) a little more in the movie, but it was a great laugh and good message. Be honest with yourself and the one you are with.

This film plays like a well written book! Maybe that's because it's based off of Steve Harvey's best selling guide to relationships. With that as the source material, and a stellar cast, I was thoroughly entertained!
The laughs are pretty non-stop throughout. Not to mention the plethora of beautiful Black women! They just lit up the screen!
Tim Story did an excellent job creating a piece of contemporary cinema. With all its acting, scenes, and locations, it still felt like an honest slice of life! And I could relate to the characters in more ways than one.
People are generally looking for good relationship advice. This flic is a joy to watch, hilarious, and a great place to start!!

Think Like A Man....is a dynamic movie, in the fact that it takes the issue of "MEN vs. WOMEN" , which for the most part, has always been a touchy issue, and puts a hilarious twist on it. The movie although insanely funny, does address some of the less talked about subjects regarding men and women in relationships.
Kevin Hart is perfect for this film, his antics and mannerisms make the issues seem less painful. The cast was beautifully selected!!! Couldn't have done it better myself!!
At the end of the day....whether you see this movie with a mate or friends, the tone the movie sets, allows RELATIONSHIP topics to be discussed with a SMILE....
Kudos and congrats to Keith, Steve, Tim and Will and all the talented people in the movie.

I haven't seen a good movie like this since Why did i get married. This movie based on " Steve Harvey book Think like a man" is a guide and lesson we all should learn. This movie had sex appeal, humor, story and of course laughter. This was a very funny movie that kept me up , and it really set the mood for a good time. i recommend everyone seeing this movie.
