I love Adam Sandler...This is his worst movie EVER! The story line has no meaning the previews are the funniest part of the movie. Spoiler alert* This is a play on teacher sleeps with student has a child and the child wants nothing to do with the father (Adam Sandler). There were a few laughs in the movie but for the most part I sat and watched in utter disappointment. Go see something else. You'll be happy you did!!

The story line sucked. I am ashamed that Adam Sandler would make a movie with a crappy story line. It has maybe 2 or 3 stupid funny parts but that's about it. Save your money u r not missing anything!

Adam Sandler and the gang keep the laughs coming in this one! It is a very funny story with a truly insane cast!
Everything was great except for the Xanax usage by one of the main characters. That wasn't too cool.
But if you are looking for a hilarious time at the movies, this one is for you!

Adam Sandler has given us another one of his comedies best loved by his loyal fans. Others will find serious issue with his raunchy sense of humor, gross sight gags, and misogyny. While not his finest work, some of the scenes are laugh riots. Andy Samburg makes for a good choice to play his estranged son, but his true comedic talent never really have a chance to spread it wings here. Susan Saradon and Vanilla Ice both shine in their roles along with Tony Orlando. Many of Sandler's usual characters show up in one scene or another as a treat to those who have followed all his better films like Waterboy. Sandler has made and can make better films than this. This is more of a light summer movie, funny and forgettable.

That's My Boy turns out not only to be the title of the movie, but something Sandler's poor, suffering fans can say to each other as they acknowledge that their hero is back. I wouldn't dare recommend That's My Boy to the average filmgoer. It's reserved for Sandler fans who've come to expect a certain velocity of stupidity from their doofus king. Its no Happy Gilmore but worth checking out if your a Sandler fan.
