This was a good movie. If you bring this kids to this movie they should enjoy it and you should too. I was surprised I wasn't sure what to expect, but when I saw it I realized it was different and unique from the rest of the animations out there. Now it won't be a guaranteed classic, and honestly I liked Wreck It Ralph better, but this was still great. The acting was good, the story was clever, the special effects were phenomenal for an animation, and overall it was just a good movie to watch around Christmas.

This is a very nice Holiday movie with beautiful animation and art direction and a moving message of how one of us fits into society through what we do for the collective good, a message that is missing from our present zeitgeist. The experience was moving and heart warming as a holiday movie should be. The visual design of the characters and how they do their is very nicely done

My duaghter sat still for the whole movie. I was laughing. My son loved it. I would recommend this movie to everyone.

Even if you are not a Christmas movie fan, this is a great family show for kids of all ages! It really isn't totally a Christmas theme, though Santa is in it. It is more about the care to be taken for kids in the world.
It is an excellent border movie for young people starting to doubt the wonder of holiday mysteries. Excellent cinematography and brilliant colors! Fun for all!

I love this film. I love the characters, especially Jack. The story is good. It's fun, magical, and brings out my inner child. It's a good movie. It has sad moments, funny moments, a very cute moment, a scary moment and very good action moments, it has everything that I enjoy watching in an animated movie. It really is The Avengers for kids. I so want to see this again and can't wait to have it on dvd.

My whole family really enjoyed this movie, and I really wish it was going to be on dvd before Christmas because I would totally buy it. This is a good one to take everyone to, and has solidified the importance in "believing" in the simple things during the childhood years. Loved it!!!

I took my 6 yr old grand daughter to see this she loved it, I loved it!! Did not realize this is based off a book so now I want to buy the books to read with her.

This is a great film, with a great story to keep believing in fairy tales. But it also has a family message and a very caring/friendship message. And I appreciated that it wasn't a dark killing people film like other children's films.

When I saw the trailer for Rise of the Guardians, I was already impressed with the animation. After seeing this movie, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this for the entire family to see! For a CGI movie, I was definitely impressed with the animation quality. In some parts it was hard to tell whether it was animated or live-action, which I like. However, I went to the regular version and not 3D, since I can get sick with that type. I won't spoil what happens, but I'll just say this: If you believe, anything really is possible!

Cute holiday movie, not too many vulgar references, the fight scenes seem harmless, no fake guns, etc, they use their powers. Some hitting of each other. Good message, kept our interest. Mostly focuses on Jack Frost's story.

This movie was enjoyable and sweet, without being sappy or too scary. My sons are 8 and 5, and they loved it! And so did their 38 year old mom! There were lots of laughs, and none of the toilet humor that is so prevalent today. A movie like this one also helps reinforce the childhood beliefs and dreams we'd like our kids to hold on to for as long as they can. It is a "good vs evil" plot, and the bad guy is scary but I don't think it's over the top and my 5 year old was okay with it.
