One of the best Bond films so far! Fans will see a more vulnerable and emotional Bond than before; learn about his past, his relationship with M and even M herself! There are some endings and new beginnings, but longtime James Bond fans will be very pleased with this 50 year commemoration. Enjoy!

Not as good overall as I expected. Storyline seemed a bit weak, acting was fine, dialog was often hard to undertand (could have been the theaters sound system). Outstanding acting by Javier Bardem, this guy is soooooo good. He just seems to know exactly how to look on camera. I think he must have a psycho-gene that he lets out to play when he's got the right role for it. BRAVO

I think we all know that Brosnan era Bond got a bit bogged down in convoluted evil genus plots. And though Casino Royale and QoS revamped James Bond as a character, the plots remained somewhat lethargic. The plot of Skyfall is streamlined and we get to see Bond get back to what he does best, some old fashioned espionage. With Q, M, and Moneypenny this felt like more of a revamp than Casino Royale did. Quite a bit of visual and spoken references to older Bond movies made this a very satisfying watch. Dialogue got cheesy (not in a good way) at times, special effects weren't great and used a bit more than necessary (i.e. scorpion and Komodo dragon), acting was passing except for Bardem (who was a knockout). I highly recommend this film as it is probably the best Bond film of my lifetime.

James Bond is back... sort of. If you have high expectations for the third installation of the Bond series, please take a deep breath and get ready for disappointment. The only message that I took away from this film was that old people are terrible. The action was palpable only for about the first 20 minutes. Then comes the long process of recovery that they seem to document minute by minute. It's a shame because I love James Bond however I was just not impressed.

This was a great movie from start to finish. Great characters with a Bond we can all love again. The twists and turns were appropriate and the scenery was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Best movie I've seen in awhile. I don't stay out that late on a Thursday night for just any movie! It was everything expected and more! I had goosebumps before Adele even began singing "Skyfall." The movie needs to be seen on the big screen! So worth the time and money.

Skyfall is the latest installment of the James Bond franchise. It is a stand alone moving meaning it does continue a story from a previous movie. The new direction of a darker, older James Bond is fantastic, Daniel Craig does a great job of showing a man who is a little broken and outmatched. Javier Bardem is one of the better Bond villains, and his ability to out think the MI6 was a great story. Skyfall has successfully figured out a way to incorporate the characters that made James Bond so likely, into the new direction. A very well done movie and I really hope everyone gets a chance to experience Skyfall
