I SO enjoyed this movie. I really needed to laugh and let go of some stress and this movie did the trick. It's great! Have already recommended it to all my family and co-workers. Went to see this movie with my girlfriends last night, and some of us were bridesmaids for each other 20 years ago. It was hysterical. We were laughing the whole movie. A couple of poignant moments in the movie, and a very sweet love story as a subplot, and tons of laughing. It was a great movie.

SNL characters too much, didn't really see or believe in the characters. This was compared to Hangover as Hangover for women, BS. Had its funny parts but felt like I wasted my money and would have enjoyed more as a rental. Critics topped this over Hangover II, if you are pompus and arrogant believe the critics. I enjoyed Hangover II a lot more than this SNL "B" rated movie best character was the larger bridesmaid.

I saw this movie whole heartedly expecting to keel over laughing given the actors and actresses in it. I was sadly very disappointed that once again, the funniest parts of the movie were shown in the preview, and that the rest of the movie was quite slow, and drab and I couldn't wait for it to be over. I saw this movie reluctantly, expecting it to be stupid humor, which I don't typically enjoy, but it was very funny and actually very well-written. I rarely watch SNL, so wasn't acquainted with Kristen Wiig, but I thought her acting was superb. Her subtle facial expressions were spot-on. The humor is often gross, but if you can get past the slightly-over-the-top-ness of it, you will laugh and laugh and laugh. And the men in the theater were laughing just as hard as the women.
This is not suitable for children and questionable for teens younger than 17.

It was ok, but I recommend waiting for it to come out on home DVD or on free tv. The best part was recognizing some of the streets and landmarks of Milwaukee.

Very Funny, at points over the top..very graphic start to the movie ...but it really was hoot. For those of us who have been MOH or a bridesmaid several times...you might recognize some of your friends behavior in the movie. You don't have to wait for all credits to roll to see the outake. Parts of movie were funny but I felt that there parts that simply were over the top and could have been done with less explixcit sex and parts that just went too far. This was the funniest movie I have seen in years. I would give this movie a 8.5 out of 10. I never laughed so hard. I heard it wasn't that great but apparently those folks do not have a sense of humor. This movie is great for men and women. I would see this movie again and again. This is one movie everyone MUST SEE!

Sex, Poop, Vomit, Stereotypes, Puppies, this movie had it all. Very funny. Really hits how crazy women can be when they are getting married. Very entertaining. If you didn't like this one you probably are a sour puss anyway.

This is the most disgusting movie I have ever seen. Unfortunately I did not review it before I went to see it and went with a friend who couldn't wait to see it as she had heard such good things about it. It is appalling and terribly sad that so many people see this as a very funny movie. The gross immorality and bathroom humor was way over the top and there was absolutely no redeeming value to this movie. Pure garbage!

True-to-life has rarely been funnier! This group of girls has it nailed - every bride has a collection of friends [something] like this - but we wouldn't dare reveal some of the graphic bodily functions displayed in this film (warning: funny and disturbing!) The cast was perfect and I'm now an even bigger fan of Kristen Wiig. Enjoyed the slapstick and the story that went with it. Not for the faint of heart though!
