Went to this movie with my Boyfriend who rarely stays awake for "romantic" movies. He was awake for the entire thing and enjoyed it! I loved it! This movie had a great story line and it is even better that it is based on real events! **Warning** There are sad parts that could hit close to home to anyone who has broken up and got back together like my boyfriend and I have.

We went as an early valentines gift for each other.my husband said except for seeing channing tatums butt( I LOVED) it was a great movie! It didnt feel too pushy as a romantic as it did as a comedy and supense.only thing that bit was the end

I went to this movie wanting to enjoy it but rude kids behind me prevented it. So, the moive left me kind of flat. However, I did notice the wardrobe team made a continuity problem. They had one type of ear ring on her on the indoor scene and a different ear ring on the outdoor scene. Shame on them for not doing their job properly.

Story was okay, very Hollywood. I felt a lot better when I discovered it was based on a real situation. I liked the cast but I thought Jessica Lange looked awful. I kept waiting for "something big" to happen toward the end and was somewhat disappointed when there was nothing. I am glad the filmmakers added the written epilogue, otherwise I would have hated the ending rather than just being disappointed. Overall, a good date-night movie, but not something to rush out to see.

I liked this movie, but I have to say I was expecting to like it more. Rachel McAdams was great. Channing Tatum was adorable to look at and OK at acting (to be expected). The story was heart wrenching to say the least, but I think from the trailers I expected a bit more emotion--all the trailer scenes were basically all the emotional ones. The movie moved a bit slowly, but overall the ending was decent and the experience enjoyable. It definitely makes you appreciate what you have with your loved ones!

This movie was good. At the beginning it went from present to past and then back to present, which I didn't like. The ending I also didn't like, she never regained her memory :(

I thought this was a very beautiful movie and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is a sucker for romantic movies. Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams were the perfect actors to fill these two roles and they were amazing. There were a few things that I wished had gone differently, but that didn't make me like the movie any less. I cried through almost the whole movie, happy and sad tears. The ending was really something I didn't expect and I was left wanting to see more, but I feel that's a good way to end.

I don't normally review movies but I felt to need to review this one because it seems to be getting a bad rap for the ending. The story was absolutely beautiful. The chemistry between Rachel McAdams and Channing Tatum was great and it felt real. Also, Rachel McAdams just seems to be made for romantic comedies. The ending was real, beautiful, and true to the story its based off of. Not everything in life, especially love, gets wrapped up nicely or perfectly. I think this movie stayed true to that while still being a beautiful, inspirational love story.

The movie was not what I expected- it could have been made much better. The story line was cute, but it had no conclusion at all- I was really mad at the end! It was an average movie, but I am really glad I didn't see it on Valentine's day.

I'm not much for chick flicks, but every now and then you've got to suck it up. The Vow was a pleasant surprise. Not all *that* much of a chick flick. Good mix of humor and drama, not sickeningly sweet.
Guys, this is a chance to take one for the team and still get off easy. Definitely an entertaining movie, even for guys, and a great date night movie.

I took my teen daughter to see The Vow and was pleasantly suprised that it was truly a PG-13 movie, nothing truly inappropriate.
The content and story line were deep enough to keep our interest and both lead actors were spot on. We truly enjoyed the movie :)

I didn't know what the story was going into the movie (I know...I've been living under a rock recently!) but really enjoyed how it played out. I thought it was well-cast and the actors did a great job of showing how painful this process was. There were well-timed moments of levity which were helpful in keeping you from becoming overly sad. Have to say that seeing so much of the beautiful Channing Tatum was a plus as well! Sweet story with a realistic ending. Appreciated the comments at the end about the couple this story is based on. I'd watch it again!

Truly disappointed. Love Channing and Rachel, but the story was very frustrating due to the fact you wanted to see her remember her husband. Ending lets you think that, but it would be nice to have seen her remember. The Notebook was the best "chick flick".

A deeply in love couple (you know this from their long lingering looks) deals with the aftermath of an accident in which the wife loses her memory and remembers nothing of her husband and her life for the last five years. Enter an ex boyfriend and a cliche family from the burbs whose agenda for their daughter was different than her dreams. Will her husband win her back? Does she love him? Does she not? You got it....
