A truly important addendum to American history! I believe that is a non-fictional depiction of the 'inside' story - finally the truth is revealed.

It's not history, it's entertainment and entertaining it was. Excellent special effects and constant action. Fun to watch and fun to think about after. I may see it again.

If you have already read the book, you will be wondering if you were the only one. There is nothing in the movie that follows any of the original story line other than there was a man named Lincoln who used an axe to kill vampires. If you haven't read the book, you will be entertained but will have missed a wonderfully developed and researched novel. I had to just pretend that this was a brand new adventure.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
