The movie had a weak plot. Too jumpy form one scene to the next with no tie in. Definitely very disappointed in this move. If i wanted to s a Tarantino movie I would have just rented one of his.

this was a fun movie, keeps you interested. Not exactly a deep theme to the movie, but it has the elements that make for a good watch; fun, goods action scenes, and good actors. Critics will hate it, they usually do hate the fun ones though.

I was a fan of the first GhosT Rider. WHAT HAPPENED to the storyline?!!! A total jump to individual storyline. Technically a repeat of three or so special effects. Lack of character deveoplment. Some supoorting characters fell flat. Very dissapointed on this take of the Ghost Rider !!

What a seriously awful movie. Nic, you sold your soul for a Twinkie - what were you thinking? Dark, dreary, war-torn east European scenery. 10 times the special effects of the 2007 movie, but none of the charm, and none of the fun. A mostly unrecognizable cast (Chris Lambert, I expected better from you as well). Doesn't even hang together with the original movie - details and characters changed, losing everything in the process. Waste of money.

Went into this with low expectations, and wasn't disappointed one bit. Anybody who thought the first one was better than your "average, forget-work-stress-for-awhile" entertainment may be disappointed in this one. But if you just went to this thing hoping to be entertained by a flaming skeleton on a flaming chopper with superhuman powers of thrashing evil, then this was top-notch. That said, I do hope they don't try for a third.

Tonight I did something I never thought I would do. I wished I was strapped into a chair watching Gone With the Wind 6 times over just to remove the pain this movie caused me.Why would you do that to a comic or to a sequel? Yes this means I hated it, and here is why. Ghost Rider the comic is a relatively serious comic with action and decent depth. The first Ghost Rider pulled that off rather well I thought. However this movie was centered on a terrible attempt at making a joke out of something that is clearly not. Like that person who makes a joke at a funeral and actually thinks he is helping. Well Ghost Rider's funeral was tonight and the movie was "that guy." The videography was really jerky and it relied completely on graphics rather than performance. Nicholas Cage's career would never have gotten off the ground had he started with this. The chanting was dumb, the swaying was dumb, the plot was...well kinda like a twinkie with no cream inside. It jumped from scene to scene with no real focus...just like this review. So to sum up simply and with focus... crappy plot, crappy acting, crappy videography and graphics, crappy script, crappy bad guys, crappy action and crappy humor. There was one good thing though....the popcorn.

While Ghost Rider 2 is about as subtle as a sledgehammer and positively drenched in pyrotechnics and car chases, it's also rather fun and, like all the best comic books, a little cleverer than first impressions suggest. A must see.
